The main customers of our company are coal mines, copper ore mines, as well as salt mines, mineral mines, rock mines, open-pit lignite mines, and processing plants.

  • New challenges including interest in the wireless communication system after KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. also from Polska Grupa Górnicza S.A. and Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A..
  • Implementing a compliance procedure at Sevitel – whistleblowing and whistleblower protection.

2020-2021 Anti-collision
  • Delivery and start-up of the SYBET-PROXIMA anti-collision operator support system at the Polkowice-Sieroszowice mine, Lubin mine and Rudna mine,
  • KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. application – “Innovative wireless communication system”.
  • SEVITEL’s production system, which is the Comprehensive Rescue Action Support System (SWAR). This is a globally innovative solution for rescue operations primarily in underground mining plants threatened and not threatened by explosion, but also successfully used in other industrial facilities.

2015-2019 New goals and challenges
  • Bronze Medal of the 8th International Warsaw Invention Exhibition IWIS,
    Medal of the 3rd degree in the competition “Innovative Solutions in Construction of Mining Machines and Equipment” during the International Fair of Mining, Power Industry and Metallurgy Katowice 2015 for the project “Autonomous Recording and Measurement Unit AZRP” designed and made together with ITI EMAG.
  • Diploma received at the XXII Exchange of Inventions awarded at world innovation exhibitions in 2014, for the development of “Dispatching system for mining geophysics stations – HESTIA”,
  • Diploma Product of the Year 2015 in the category of safety improvement for the “SWAR Comprehensive Rescue Action Support System” in the competition organized by the monthly magazine “Drives and Controls” under the auspices of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development and the Department of Automation and Biomedical Engineering of AGH University of Science and Technology.
  • Gold Medal of the INTARG International Trade Fair of Economic and Scientific Innovations in Cracow for the “Tryton electronic system for records of blasting agents” developed in cooperation with ITI EMAG company

SEVITEL can boast numerous comprehensive implementations of safety systems at 90% of Polish mines, several innovative products, and a wide range of maintenance services.

This success is based on a well-developed organizational structure, a thriving management team, and a committed staff of more than 250 people. However, it would not have been possible if it were not for the trust of our customers for which we warmly thank them.

Quality policy

Sevitel Ltd. has implemented an Integrated Quality Management System and Environmental Management and Health and Safety Management.

We currently hold certificates confirming that we have introduced and apply the quality management system, environmental management, health, and safety management in the areas of Design, Production, Assembly, and Service of Telecommunications and Telemetry Systems, Assembly and Service of Electrical Power Systems and Equipment, Assembly and Service of Automation and Mechanics in Industrial and Mining Facilities, including explosive atmospheres, Construction Services.

The certificates were issued by the Management Systems Certification Office of the Polish Register of Shipping S.A. The certified system confirms the Company’s compliance with the requirements of the standards: PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 for a quality management system, PN-EN ISO 14001:2015 for an environmental management system, PN-ISO 45001:2018 for occupational health and safety management system.
